My wife and I did not think it would work, but it defrosted one large beef steak in around an hour or so. The steak tasted like fresh meat, not half cooked like in microwaves. Would highly recommend!

I promise I followed the directions but this definitely does much of nothing in 30 minutes. I have tried it with almost every type of meat and it doesn’t seem to reduce my defrosting time, but it could be user error as much as I hate to say it. I’m not sure, but I wish I would’ve saved my money.

Ok… This is pretty freaking cool!! I ordered this defrosting plate because I always forget to pull meat out of the freezer and we’re tried of how it turns out when defrosted in the microwave. I was skeptical for a very long long time (years honestly). Well I finally broke and got one. Wow!! It works! It uses no electricity or heat, it is actually very cold to the touch. How it works I have no clue but it does! Now you get to watch ice melt cause I’m that amused. (See video)*dont pay any attention to my dog panting (she’s scared of bubble wrap) or drinking in the background, she sure is loud.
