Loveeeeeeeeee this!!! Works just as it says! I made my famous London broil I usually make in the broiler with my lemon butter sauce but when I made on grill before it was always over cooked (I like my meat nice and pink) anyways ordered the grill mat and this combined = AMAZING PERFECT DELISH LONDON BROIL! The grill mat allowed it to cook in its butter sauce instead if being grilled off and this helped me to pull off when my meat was nice and pink! Awesome!

We had 2 of the older versions, but after about 8 years, they snapped and broke. These look equally if not more sturdy. They work great and if you’re like my husband and myself, we have a hard time judging done-ness on steaks, but even chicken, fish, etc., on the grill. Comes in handy when you have different people liking their beef cooked to different degrees too. I use these for indoor and outdoor cooking and they help you feel confident you won’t be serving undercooked meat.

This poultry thermometer goes nicely with the pork and and the beef one I already had. Very simple to use and so far does a good job of letting me know when my chicken is done clear through. This is not a true thermometer as it does not let you know the actual temp of your meat but simply indicates almost done or done.
