Hand wash the bread pan and kneading blade before first use, then dry them and fit the blade back into the pan.
Follow the recipe book: usually liquids first, then flour, with yeast added last and kept away from the liquid if you plan to use the delay timer.
Put fruit, nuts or fillings in the automatic dispenser so they are added at the right point in the cycle.
Hold the Start/Stop button until it beeps, then choose the number for the bread type you want.
Use the delay timer, up to 13 hours, if you want the bread ready later.
When the bread is done, lift out the pan and turn out the loaf. If the blade stays in the bread, use the removal tool to free it.
