Charge the mask with a USB-C cable before first use. A full charge takes about 2 hours.
Place the mask over closed eyes with the nose bridge centred, then adjust the headband until it is snug but not tight. It can take a few tries to find the right position.
Turn the mask on. If you do not want the built-in music, press the power button twice to switch it off; you will need to do this each session.
Run a preset program, or choose soft or firm pressure and heat or cooling yourself.
Lie back or recline for the session. The mask switches itself off when the program ends.

Try the cooling setting with firm pressure during a headache. It will not cure a migraine, but it can make one more bearable while the mask is on.
