The Farberware Portable Countertop Dishwasher does the thing that matters: it gets dishes clean, including dried-on food, and its 5-liter tank means it works anywhere with a socket. It is small, though. Dinner plates need tilting despite the 12-inch rating, crowded loads miss spots and filling from the top can be messy. For one or two people who wash as they go it makes a strong case; for bigger households or cookware-heavy kitchens, it will only ever supplement the sink.
Buy it if you want to stop hand washing everyday dishes in a small space and will load it with care. If you need to wash large platters, big pots or a family's worth of dishes in one run, it is too small to be your only answer.
