The Stagg EKG lets you set water temperature to the degree, and the LCD shows both the Set Temp and the Real-Time Temp so you can see how close the water is. A 1200-watt quick-heating element does the work inside a 0.9-liter 304 stainless steel body.

Remove the packaging, rinse the inside of the kettle with water, and set the base on a flat, dry counter within reach of an outlet. The cord is about 2.5 feet long.
Lift the lid and fill with water, staying at or under the maximum fill line marked inside the body. Overfilling can push water out of the spout while it heats or as you pour.
Seat the kettle on the base and turn the dial to your target temperature. The LCD shows the Set Temp alongside the Real-Time Temp of the water.
Press the dial to start heating, then watch the real-time reading climb to your set point.
Flip the hold toggle to keep water at temperature for up to 60 minutes. It stays engaged when you lift the kettle to pour and set it back.
