The item arrived promptly & well packaged. Assembly was pretty straight-forward, you just have to place the handles. After plugging it in, setting it at medium and waiting a few hours we noticed it was not cooling. We adjusted the setting to a higher level and waited a few more hours but it was still no where near cooling. Finally, we tried the highest setting and it was still not cooling (the freezer was not event cold). Some food went bad and we finally gave up and requested a return.

Update: Amazon issued me a full refund after reaching out to them. The Galanz company never respomded to my issue. But Amazon had my back so I got refunded and now I’m on the hunt for a new fridge.Stopped working after a couple weeks. The fridge part is too warm to keep anything safe. Doesnt matter how low I turn it down, drinks are slightly cool but not cold. But the lunchmeat, eggs and milk all spoiled. Was working fine until it stopped. Makes a shudder type noise when compressor turs on. Amazon wont return it. Wast of money. Looks great but doesnt work. Amazon wont retur. because it has coolant and they dont offer returns on refridgerators. I tried to contact the manufacture (Galanz) but they never responded. I am still working with Amazon to see what, if anything, can be done. I fear that Im out $230. Got screwed on this purchase and Im so mad! I cant afford to buy more food right now. Even my medication was ruined!! 🤬😩
