1. Charge fully before first use

   Plug in the included power adapter and let the 10000mAh battery charge completely, which the manufacturer rates at 3.5 hours. Starting with a full charge establishes a baseline for how much heating time (up to 90 minutes) the unit actually delivers, and prevents a first heating cycle from being cut short mid-meal.

2. Load the stainless steel container

   Fill the 1.2L inner container with the meal, leaving room for the sealed lid to close fully.

3. Choose immediate heat or set the delay timer

   For heating right away, use the START control; to have food ready at a set mealtime, press DELAY, use T+ or T- to set the number of hours until you want it hot, then press START to confirm.

4. Monitor the battery display during heating

   Check the on-screen battery level periodically during the cycle. This tells you remaining charge, not food temperature, so it does not confirm the meal is actually hot - only that the unit still has power to keep trying.

5. Recharge immediately after use

   Plug the unit back in as soon as you get home or to an outlet, given the 3.5-hour charge time. Plug it in as soon as you get home, or the next day's lunch may be cold; the box cannot charge and heat at the same time.
