This product is super easy to use/set up, even with lack of instructions provided. However, the advertised photos depict LED strips in BOTH the long edges of the board. My board only had one in the “bottom” (edge with logo). I requested a replacement, and received one with the same problem. I decided to compare the boards. It’s harder to tell on camera, but my second board glows brighter. Both boards are using the “white” color setting on the same brightness level. The lines I drew are to show you how having one LED strip causes uneven lighting. They’re all white lines, unless otherwise identified. The lines at the top of the board show up more blue-green, whereas the bottom lines are more white-blue.
It’s advertised that a dry cloth is easy wipe off– that’s only when the marker is fresh. The markers do leave residue that will be needing water to wipe off (first photo for reference. my 4th of July decoration, taken July 6). And the board does leave ghosting, which it advertised that it never will.
Overall, it’s a good product and will get the job done if you’re not particular. Especially for the price point!! I also love the wide variety of color options and the remote!

Product works perfectly! All markers work perfectly. The LED board works great, my only qualm would be the glass has a lot of dust particles underneath and was covered with smudge marks, it doesn’t affect the boards performance and the dust cannot be seen.

We just received this item and have only used it for a day. So far so good. It’s working as it should and I think this will be a fun addition to the family space we want to use it in.
One of the reasons I bought this brand versus other brands is because the board is actual glass, not plexiglass or acrylic. The markers work well on the glass surface, and the surface is easy to clean. Because this surface is glass, I am hoping there will be less scratching (if any) to the surface from regular use (unlike a plexiglass surface).
The 16″ x 12″ board we received did come with two cleaning cloths, as well as a 6-pack of chalk markers. The board also came with the power cord that uses a USB adapter, a chain for hanging, and a remote with batteries. I wish there was a way to plug this board in without using the USB – it would make it look much better when hanging on the wall – less distraction. Unfortunately, you do have to use the USB adapter for power.
I am not a fan of the white branded text on the frame of the board. I understand a manufacturer wanting to brand their products, but having the white lettering on the frame looks distracting – I wish this branded text were on the backside of the board, or at the very least – black, not white. We’re using this board on a wall that is painted black and the white branding takes away from the overall aesthetics of the board. We ended up covering this portion of the frame with black electrical tape – and while that does work – I wish this weren’t necessary. A solid, unmarked black frame would look SO much better. Because of this, I’m not giving the product 5 stars, but I would give it 4-1/2 stars if I could.
Overall, we’re happy with the board and it’s function. I hope it lasts a long time!

For the price this can’t be beat! My step-daughter (age 10) had never seen anything like it. The packaging is very basic so she wasn’t jumping for joy when unwrapping this gift; but when we set it up and she started drawing on it, she was ecstatic! The liquid chalk markers are vibrant even without the board plugged in, but the LEDs make everything ‘pop’ in a spectacular way. If giving this to a child, make sure to help them get the liquid chalk markers ‘primed’ … neither of us had ever seen a marker that wasn’t ready-to-go out of the box, but it’s quick and easy when following the directions. The only drawback I can think of is that any dust/debris/smudges/etc. show up dramatically when the LEDs are on, but it seems to fit the character of the chalkboard. The hangers for the device felt solid, the ability to hang it either vertically or horizontally is appreciated, and the included hanging-chain was a nice addition. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with this!

I purchased five of these excellent boards as an alternative Christmas present for my cousins (age 5-9). I wanted something for them to be creative with while also adding something to their bedrooms and something that would grow with them. They were not disappointed!

Arrived today and worked perfectly out of the box. Very easy to set up, everything is intuitive. It is the second led board I’ve purchased recently, and seems like much better quality than another brand I purchased and returned last week. I bought this for my son to do his art projects on, and he loves it! The size is large enough for plenty of drawing space, and still fits on his lap. I even liked doodling on it for a while. The color is very vibrant, and it has quite a few flashing, fading, and color modes. I thought this was a great value, it came with 8 chalk markers, remote, cleaning cloth, hanging chain, power cable, and instructions.

It actually works really well and looks great. The chalk marker wipes off really easily, like a dry erase board almost as long as you don’t get it wet! That was my biggest concern and it isn’t a problem at all. The remote can set it to be steady on one color if you want. Would buy again!
