Charge the stirrer for about 2 hours before first use. It will not stir while it is plugged in.
Use a pot 6 to 10.2 inches in diameter and 4 to 8 inches tall.
Adjust the arms to span the pot and clip them firmly to the rim.
Push the paddle down to the base of the pot. In thick food, check it has not folded back.
Start on the slower speed for chunky sauces and use the faster one for milk and thin liquids to stop a skin forming.

Worth it if you often make thin to medium recipes that scorch. For very thick stews, or cooks longer than one charge, you will still be checking the pot.
