The compromises are ones owners live with rather than deal-breakers: 120Hz is capped at FHD+, there is no headphone jack, the glass back is slippery, and long zoom shots lose detail.
Buy the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G if long zoom is the feature you will use most, and budget for a case. If you mostly shoot at 1x or 2x, a cheaper S20 model gives you nearly the same screen, storage options and charging, in a phone that is easier to hold.
