It is IP55 rated, which covers sweat, rain and splashes during a workout or commute. It is not rated for being submerged, so do not swim or shower in them. Buds have survived an accidental drop in a pool or a shower, but that is luck, not something to test.

Yes. It is Hi-Res Audio certified and supports LDAC, which carries more detail over Bluetooth when your phone supports it. Soundcore gives the drivers as 11mm, with a frequency range of 20 Hz to 40 kHz. Sound quality is one of its real strengths, and the app's EQ lets you adjust the balance.
Will the ear tips fit comfortably, or is fit hit-or-miss?
Comfort is a clear positive, but fit is mixed. The box includes XS, S, M and L tips, and the buds can still slip out, sometimes on one side only. Try every size, use different sizes for each ear if needed, and if nothing holds, foam tips may fix it.
Do the touch controls work well?
They work, but they are easy to trigger by accident when you adjust a bud or your hair, which can pause music or change noise modes. The app lets you remap the controls, and doing so makes them much better. There is no automatic pause when you remove a bud.
