I love this Haden toaster! I wanted an affordable toaster that I could display on my counter. I looked at many toasters online and everything I found was either basic, expensive or had bad reviews. I finally decided on this toaster and I’m glad I did. Along with being affordable and stylish, toasts perfectly and is easy to clean. I would highly recommend it.

It’s not easy to find a toaster that performs its primary function well and doesn’t cost a fortune. But this one does the job. It delivers nice toast, the defrost function works well, and there is a setting for single side toasting (which I haven’t used). Plus, this model is Downton Abbey good looking.

Beautiful toaster. But it’s super sensitive and you have to set it to very low to keep the toast from burning. But it toasts. And it’s pretty. And don’t we forgive the pretty almost anything?

Beautiful looking, so it does look nice and can be left to sit out. Has very uneven toasting. Have to leave it set at 1 or it burns the toast. Emailed the company and they messaged me back saying I needed to take it back where I purchased t from. I purchased off of Amazon and my husband threw the box away as soon as I unpacked it and therefore no original box, no return. I could have purchased a $15 dollar toaster from Walmart and probably got better toast. (Although it wouldn’t have looked as good LOL, that’s why I gave it 2 stars instead of one. It is also very slow at toasting. I thought I had maybe gotten a defective one until I notice others that had the same issues.

LOOOOOOOOVE this toaster. The color is a dream. And I don’t even keep bread in the house. Got it for family visits and adore having it on the countertop to match my kettle (tea I do partake of daily). People mentioned burning items on the lower settings, but I’ve had it on 3 for English muffins and still have to give some pieces more time. Seems fine/standard to me. Point is, this is a marvelous addition to my wee kitchen.

The design caught my eye, then the reviews convinced me to give it a try. Seems a good value product for the price. First time turning on I ran on highest setting – without bread – to address others feedback there could be a smell. Didn’t notice the smell but presume I’d ‘burned off’ any oils in such. Checked on the crumb tray and really easy to access and I like that it totally comes out, not hinged, which makes it easier to clean.I experimented w/ settings to find out what worked. Fresher / thinner bread toasts differently than older / thicker bread, so I needed to understand the setting variance. Thus far working great. I’ll likely never use the defrost, but will try bagel. I’m pleased with the purchase. Note, I did have a small design flaw on the exterior of first toaster I’d received and customer service was immediate and considerate. At this point I’ll consider other Haden products. I also update reviews if needed, so unless this changes it’s my constant POV.
