PROS

1. Installation is easy and without leaks; no tools needed
2. Adjustable water settings based on your likings
3. The exterior of the shower head combo is a nice shiny chrome
5. The hose is lightweight and very high quality
6. Changing settings is easy
7. Clear instructions and everything needed to install is included in the box

CONS

1. The pressure water is unimpressive (if you do not have high water pressure where you live)
2. Settings (water flow patterns) cannot be combined. Water comes out of either the outer ring, or the center; not both
3. Significantly reduces water pressure when using only one showerhead, even more so when using both
