The cutting board is a good size and the juice grooves come in handy. The four trays hold a good capacity of cut/sliced/diced food items and can be dumped right into the pan or bowl in preparing your food. I like it so much I bought another for a gift.

If you have a small sink, don’t bother getting this because it is difficult to clean. If it came apart somehow then that would make it easier but it’s very bulky. Also note that the containers are not stackable nor come with lids so you’ll end up having to transfer containers for leftovers every time. Positive note, the groove around it makes cutting tomatoes a less messy process and it is handy to push them into the container.

Top part of the board creaks when I push down, upon further inspection I realized the back of the cutting board where it lines up to the top and bottom was not glued properly and is coming apart. Splintered in a couple spots. One of the four plastic drawers is cracked. Awful smell, even after wiping down. Adding another cutting board to the top because I don’t feel like it’s safe for my food to actually touch the bamboo part due to the horrible odor. Don’t feel like returning but for the high price, not worth keeping either.Judging from the other reviews this item is hit or miss. I’m sure some are fine but this one is very flawed.

Doorskin is like a very thin veneer put on interior doors for those who don’t know. It’s not thick enough to staple into. Yet the “box” under the cutting board, which holds the little thin plastic drawers, is made up of this thin layered wood and stapled together and onto the cutting board. Mine arrived completely busted apart with stapes sticking through the clear plastic BAG in which it was shipped. Not in a box or a well padded package but A PLASTIC BAG closed w/tape. Even though the concept is nice, when you consider how you’re going to wash it, if you have a large single sink you’re going to be washing the entire wood construction, drawer space’s, bottom, side’s and back and it’s quite heavy, then you have to have somewhere for it to drain & dry, even if you only rinse it, all the doorskin will get wet and fall apart. With mine the staples were too big and we’re sticking half in the wood,1/2 showing. I Do Not Recommend This Product

I bought one for me in dallas and I loved it. It came with little scoops and bamboo tops for the containers for storage. I ordered my mom one and it was delivered to her in el paso incomplete no scoops no tops I returned it and asked for an exchange. After receiving the replacement it arrived again also incomplete. Not sure whats going on with the product but its not exactly what I got.
