Loving this pot! The size is nice and large so we can make enough hot water for several cups of tea or coffee at once. Boils extremely quickly. I love that I can set it directly on the counter to refresh guests’ hot drinks. So glad we purchased!

I was attracted by this stylish red kettle with the diamond pattern on the surface when I happened seeing it. I even more like it when it arrived, the kettle looks good quality with the stainess steel, it doesn’t smell like cheap material, I used it couple of times, it boils water very quickly and shut off automatically when the water is boiled, it has a marker lines which can be easily observed from outside to scale the water and keep within its capacity. The most like part is it has even a screen in the sprout to prevent from small bug or dirts. But keep it away from kids when it’s running because the surface is not heat isolated. Anyway I love it, it eases my life.

The main issue is that the handle sits right above the opening and the lid does not lock. With the lid on, when you pour boiling water out of the kettle, some steam escapes which is uncomfortably hot with nowhere to move your hand. As you keep pouring and emptying the kettle, the lid falls off, scalding your hand by releasing all the built-up steam. Thus, I suggest to NEVER pour water out of the kettle without hand protection.Another, perhaps minor issue, is that I cannot fill the kettle with filtered water directly from the fridge because of its shape. It doesn’t fit under the little spigot. I didn’t think about that when I bought it. I now use another container to fill the kettle with filtered water.

Looks cute but way slow to reach to boiling point actually is good for cuties but not when come to kettles .PS: I’ve been owning one almost for 2 years I have a mysterious problem with this kettle which is always leaking !!!!!

The kettle surface remains very warm after use and could cause a burn. Like the shape. Handle is a little awkward. New note: 5/20, I have had this kettle for a year. Just stopped working. My previous one was a hand me down from my parents and lasted 15 years! Disappointed.

Overall I’m happy with this kettle. However it is not 100% stainless steel. You can see from the interior photo there are two white seals that appear to be plastic. The seals are securing the water level indicator attached to the exterior. Also, there is a black plastic piece on top of the heating element. A piece of black plastic does not touch the water, however the two white plastic seals do. The water level indicator on the exterior always has condensation, making it difficult or impossible to read the water level indicator. Even after the pot being dried out for several hours, there is still condensation. The lid fits securely. Kettle is very easy to fill through the spout. The color is great. I love the way the kettle looks. The water boils quickly and fairly quietly. The kettle is easy to hold when pouring because the handle is very comfortable. All-in-all I like the kettle but I’m not happy about the water level indicator attachment seals, or the condensation issue. I still have not decided if I’m keeping it because of those issues.

It’s an attractive kettle and matches the toaster BUT after a year the on/off switch became unreliable and eventually wouldn’t switch on at all. So I bought a second one which had the same problem after only 3 months. Can’t recommend something which has such shoddy components.UPDATE : The supplier (Steel-Lord) contacted me and advised that they would be sending a replacement, and that this was not a problem that they had encountered before. To ensure that I received it promptly they even purchased it from a closer supplier and it arrived 2 days later. 100% for customer service!

This kettle is stylish and worked great. I bought the first one and it lasted a year and a half. The push-down button stopped working. I thought it was a fluke, so I bought another one right away and then 2 months into the second one, it broke in the exact same way! First, the light went out, then it just stopped boiling. I was very disappointed because I gave the company another try and now I have to get another electric kettle! That will be my 3rd kettle in 2 years. This is insane. Going to shop at Macy’s where the brands are more reliable.

I love this electric tea kettle! It’s super fast and easy. It’s one of those items you never knew you needed until you actually got one. But it’s perfect for making tea or ramen. In my opinion it’s not super loud. Especially compared to other electric tea kettles I’ve seen online. I haven’t cleaned it yet but since i only put water in there it shouldn’t be difficult to do so. Very happy with my purchase!

The color was supposed to be ‘rose gold’ but I’m happy to say that it is COPPER. If you’re looking for a glass, solidly made electric kettle that feels good in the hand and looks amazing: this is the one for you.I filled it to the max. fill line and it took less than 6 minutes to come to a rolling boil.This doesn’t whistle. It just quietly bubbles away until it hits 212′ then it shuts off. The glass carafe is well made and keeps the water hot for a very long time. I tested the outside temp of the kettle while it was boiling and it was nearly 200. Don’t let small children around this while its in use. This is for grown ups who like some class and elegance in their kitchen. Whether its for instant noodles, tea, making jello, the choice is yours. This is beautifulOne thing I noticed: if you take the pot off the stand while it is still heating up, it will remain ‘on’ when you put it back on the stand. It won’t automatically turn off when removed from the base. It will shut off once it comes to temperature.

Detachable lid will last much longer than other models whose “flip-top” lids tend to break down (or completely off!) even with normal usage. Kettle heats extremely quickly, faster even then a kettle on the stove and the water stays hot for a good amount of time. Great purchase, would buy again. Would make a great gift.

The automatic shut-off does not work, and the water continues to boil without stop if the filter is removed. The filter is a metal mesh set in silicon. I don’t need it and I don’t want the hot water going through the silicon into my tea. The filter is supposed to be removable, but when removed the shut-off does not function as supposed to. It works ok with the filter in. I don’t know if I’ve got a defective item or it is a poor design, but I am returning this.

I got this for our guest suite and my guests keep asking where I got it from! So pretty and elegant and not gaudy or loud. It’s easy to clean and I love the net it’s got by the spout. The color is adorable and perfect for low tones and it’s it’s pretty cool to watch the water boil up. It’s big enough to boil a lot of cups which is great when you’re hosting and the one thing my husband absolutely loves about this kettle is that the water is not burning hot and you never have to wait for a while like we usually do with our other one. This was a great buy to replace my old kettle. The water warms up quickly and gets very hot, definitely to hot to drink right away. The kettle auto turns off after the water starts to boil which is a great feature if you get distracted.

This kettle is what I need. Our previous electric kettle was going to break down, so I bought this new kettle as a replacement. The kettle was well-wrapped when I unpacked the carton this morning.I’ve already tried to use it to boil water. There is a blue light switched on when the kettle starts to boil water; it will be turned off automatically when boiled water is ready. The whole kettle including the lid and plug is of good quality. Hopefully, it will last long in our kitchen.

Its so pretty, small pretty design & color.The only thing i would change would be the mechanics to the handle. Meaning i wish it would adjust so i can easily pour water in. Its kindof in the way. But handles beautiful. And i just love this buy.I havent had it for a while so not sure if cleaning issues and staining will appear, if so ill come back & edit. But thus far its a beautiful great buy.
