I was skeptical at first, but surprised how well it worked!!! It does cut down defrosting time considerably and well made-quality product too. This is for you especially if you prefer defrosting the natural way and not into using the microwave or soaking in water. The cutting boards came in handy and contents were described accurately. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase!

This item is not all that amazing. It might cut off a couple hours of thawing time but do not expect any miracles. The description said you can take what you plan on cooking out of the freezer when you get home from work & it will be ready to cook by dinner time but that is not at all the case. Plan on 4-5 hours for a couple chicken breast’s

There is nothing magical about this product as it does not work!!! I tried it twice and it did not speed up the defrosting process. I even rinsed off the frost and turned it quite frequently as recommended but did not help. Had 2 one inch thick pieces of steak on there and after 4 hours they were still frozen solid. Ended up spending more money on getting takeout because dinner was ruined. Return!!
