I waited a while to write a review as I wasn’t sure if this would last or not. It’s still going strong 10 months later. I really like the convenience of this, instead of having to use a pump bottle for foaming soap where you have to press the pump, and having the pump wear out. We were re-using pump bottles and diluting our own soap, as it’s too pricey to buy a new bottle of foaming soap each time it runs out. I like that this is hands-free, which is more sanitary. I am using diluted Dr. Bronner’s liquid soap in it, but you could probably use any liquid soap. Some people complained that it is noisy when it dispenses soap and it is a little noisy but it doesn’t bother me (and I am sound sensitive).

A Wow Product.At first little confusing. Be patient if not plastic tabs can break very easily. Battery lid is in the back. Push little tab to pull out battery cover. Takes 4 AA battery. See pics. I bought Palmolive green soap. It’s for dish wash and hand wash because of it’s anti microbes property. Great for kids. No more mess. I love it and so will you. Follow these directions.Unpack,Unscrew the soap bottle,Push tab for battery lid,Install new 4 AA battery ( not included).Replace battery lid secure,Fill soap (Palmolive Green/color). 1/4 th soap rest water. Please use what’s best for you. I use this soap. NextSecure soap bottle.Dispenser rear cover slides upward. See tiny tabs on each side. Slide up. Be gentle.Ready for foam soap. NextTurn on unit,Let sensor detect motion around 5 to 6 times. While tube in process to push soap upwards and out same time give it a couple stop and release on mouth of the tube. ( soap exit tube tip. ) it will help move soap quickly. This is for first Initial installation process.And Wallah. There comes foamy soap. Bet you you are smiling by now. I did, my kids did with a big wow.Soap setting is simple. While in process of dispensing, push button on top to decrease amount and viseversa.Enjoy. I hope my review helps. 👍
