I bought this to replace a wine opener that I bought at Costco. I liked my previous one a lot. It was always charged and worked well. Unfortunately it died after about 3 years. I bought this because it was smaller. It works well but it doesn’t stay charged. I would not recommend it.

Worked great first few times. Then it stopped working properly. My friends and I all bought the same one within a couple of weeks of each other and all of them malfunctioned and stopped working! Very disappointed ! 5 of them are junk!

Too late to return it or exchange it due to 30 day return policy. Nice. Sat on my nightstand waiting for me to figure out how to talk to the amazon fulfillment gods til today. No fulfillment help for something that stops working after 30 days. Cannot find a manufacturers warrant either.Do yourself a solid and spend your $44 on a better product

I have bought two of these corkscrews. I broke the first one my no administering it properly. I purchased another one and it seemed to work well, but before it needed to be charged the second time, it broke, stuck. I tried to reset like the recommendations suggested but to no avail. Since it has been 6 weeks from purchase, I cannot return for a refund.

DO NOT BUY THIS! The motorized drive is very weak, and/or the rechargeable battery does not provide sufficient charge.1 out of every 3 times you use it, the drive will conk out half way through pulling the cork, you’ll have to try to unscrew the corkscrew, then use the manual controls to get the cork out of the corkscrew. Or you’ll have to break off the cork and try again.Mine’s in the trash now.

This would have been a great product, the cork got stuck and when I pressed the eject button it made noise but would not come out. It quit working after 2 months. This was the second one I purchased. The first one lasted a year before the cork got stuck. The eject button worked on that one, but it would not open bottles after. I would not recommend it to anyone.

This is a poor quality product – I don’t believe this is a genuine Rabbit product OR their quality has gone down substantially. Seems like a cheap Chinese knockoff. Will not re-purchase anything from this seller.

It doesn’t work unless you remember to charge it for several hours before using. Even after charging it overnight and then Try to use it the following day or 2 it has lost the charge and won’t work even if you plug it in and try to use it. Completely useless if You want to open a bottle of wine for dinner.

Bought this for a Christmas present and the first one didn’t work so returned it and got a replacement. Now the replacement doesn’t work. Cork is stuck inside and device will not release or charge. Very disappointed!

I was so excited to receive this as a xmas gift. Then, I was so disappointed when it stopped working after like the 3rd or 4th use. The corkscrew does not engage to remove the cork. Fully charged, goes thru the motions of turning and turning until it sensors that it has finished but it never perforates the cork to remove it.
