Trotz fehlender Produktrezensionen habe ich diesen Artikel gekauft, da mir die Idee mit der Feder mehr zusagt als eine Lösung mit Schrauben (diese müsste man ja im besten Falle immer mal nachziehen)In die Presse passen 2 200g Tofublöcke aus dem Supermarkt. Ich habe unter und über die Blöcke jeweils etwas Küchenpapier gelegt.Insgesamt hat jeder Tofublock (festes Tofu) 20 Gramm Wasser über Nacht verloren.Die Feder drückt das Tofu mit ungefähr 4-5kg aus. Ich habe Legosteine auf den Boden gelegt um den Druck etwas zu erhöhen.Insgesamt ist das Produkt wertig verarbeitet und verpackt.Die Plastikschienen die den Deckel halten könnten etwas massiver sein, da die Federkraft ja komplett auf die Schienen drückt.Wie lange die Konstruktion hält wird die Zukunft zeigen.

Used it for a recipe calling for pressed tofu- Crispy Gochujang Tofu. Easy peasy. I left it overnight and it did the job almost too well.

Since I am new to tofu, I decided on this tofu press because of the two options for pressing and that it could go in the dishwasher. I am thrilled with this press, it has not disappointed. Simple to use, simple to clean and simple to store. and left with a great tofu product. I would recommend this product to others.

I Was disappointed with this press. The coil isn’t strong enough to press much water out I ended up having to squeeze a lot out with my hands.But the worst aspect was that mine didn’t click when I slid the lid on and when I tried to press it and twist the Top, it’s moved and the coil.I don’t know if I got a dad one or not but I’ll be sending this back.

This is the second time I buy this product. The first time I bought it, I noticed a crack was creating on one plate. And I returned it. Now again, with the second purchase, I checked and a new crack appeared after the first use… I don’t know if it is me honestly. I am pressing a normal block of firm tofu. I like how the presser works on the tofu but I am worried that it will break soon honestly…
