This little gadget is incredible. I figured for the price point that it wouldn’t pack the punch I wanted but I was proven wrong! My first test was with ice and I am so impressed. I fully expected a bunch of clumps but I ended up with a consistency that rivals my Blendtec. I’m absolutely blown away by the power of this tiny machine and it’s a very helpful addition to my kitchen. Cleaning a full-sized blender or food processor just gets tiresome and now I feel very relieved. I’ve made several dishes with it so far (hummus, soups, etc.) and I’m still surprised every time. Counter space is valuable real estate, so having a small appliance that can perform multiple jobs is vital. This thing rocks!

My manual chopper of 10 years stopped working as the blades got very dull… Time for a new one… Thought it would be nice to replace it with an electric chopper… Read reviews for this product… On several websites, it was listed as one of the top 10 choppers…Was excited to receive it because I have a half dozen large Hatch Chile Peppers that I wanted to dice, then freeze…For starters, I couldn’t get the lid off… I tried for 30 minutes; even putting it in a bowl of hot water, thinking it would help to loosen it, but it didn’t… I then asked a question about how to remove a stuck lid, and J. Newingham was kind enough to suggest trying to lift it off instead of twisting it off… I got out a screw driver and was able to pry the lid off…Now, to use it… The blade was in the machine… I filled the canister about 1/3 of of the way with cut-up Peppers, then placed the whisk attachment on top of the food, as shown in the pictures that other reviews have posted… I placed the lid back on, LOOSELY, then put the motor on top, and pressed down… Half of the Peppers ended up on top of the whisk… When I went to remove the lid to take out the Peppers that were on top and remove the contents below, I had to use the screw driver to pry the lid off as it was stuck once again, and my Peppers were not diced but rather pureed… That is actually okay, for I’m freezing the Peppers, but would rather have had them diced…I really wanted to like this product, but found that the hassle and mess it created in my kitchen was not worth it…

Your browser does not support HTML5 video. This little food processor packs a large punch for its size. With just a few pulses, I was able to grind up a good amount of ice into consistency small pieces. It is easy to use right out of the box. All you have to do is put the top on and press down. If you need a bit more power it is just a press of one button away. Highly recommend.
