Yes, the frozen meat is bigger and more convenient. The larger the contact area, the better the effect. It is faster than normal temperature and it is easier to clean after use.

It took only 20 minutes from freezing to thawing, and it didn’t taste like soaked in water. It might be the reason for the anti-bacterial effect. Easy to clean, the water will be clean after flushing.

I tried to defrost the steak when I got it home. 1.5 cm thick steak, about 250 grams, completely defrosted in less than an hour, turning over once in the middle. The effect is still good.
