1. Elegantly and stylish looking
2. It can be adjusted easily and well to bagels and waffles
3. Great digital display, the touchscreen interface is intuitive and easy to use
4. Displays time and date when not toasting
5. Counts down from 10 seconds to go

CONS

1. It does not have enough deep for certain types of breads like Ryebread
2. It may not toast evenly at times
3. It'd be great to have a sensor in the unit to detect the actual level of browning
4. The price is tad bit expensive
