The box was badly damaged when it arrived, as you can see in the pictures. BUT, this damaged box was inside a bigger UNDAMAGED box. I felt like I was given either a returned item or a known damaged item.First use was room temp water and the white clouding happened instantly. Eventually, all the cracks showed up so I think moisture got between layers of plastic.This is chincy, light-weight plastic. Even without cracks it does not feel like it would hold up to much of anything.WAY OVERPRICED. Cheap junk. Big ripoff.

Interesting little gadget. Hard to read digital scale part. Very sensitive to the touch and hard to set back to zero. Giving it a chance-but may have to send it back.

I’m not confident that this scale is accurate. It measures differently then my other 2 kitchen scales. Hard to get it seated properly. Would not buy again.

Piece of junk. Already in the trash. The handle would not stay locked so the cup tipped forward and the contents would spill. Cheap plastic parts. The temperature function is useless as it only reads the surrounding temperature. Never got to check the weight feature because o the.handle malfunction.
