The packaging for this was great. Boxed and wrapped well. The entire household is a fan of the look. A little retro, a little modern. The color is lovely, matches the rest of our decor well. Toasts evenly and the controls are sensitive enough. Very pleased with this purchase. A little extra nice look instead of stainless steel. Really pleased with our purchase

The lever used to lower the bread for toasting stopped working after a few weeks. The toaster is cute, and I really liked the color, but that does not go far when you can’t use the toaster. When I contacted the Keenstone company, I was asked to send a “product video” showing the product failure. They would then determine whether or not it was really defective. I returned the toaster to Amazon. I notice others have had the same issue with this toaster. In my fifty plus years of purchasing toasters, I have never had one that was defective. Please BEWARE!

First toaster in a long time. Works exactly as described. The toaster is so clean you can even see your reflection on it. One thing I wasn’t aware of was the toaster itself gets hot after toasting. This is an issue for me primarily b/c I planned to use it and put it away once I was done. Just use mitts after you toast something if you plan on touching the toaster for any reason.
