Bought this to use with a pour over coffee maker. Works even better than I wanted. For most Americans the use of Celsius on the thermometer might be a put-off but it meant nothing to me. Color is nice and on METAL, not that cheap asz plastic crap (except for a small interior part) and some stuff that should be plastic. Wide base, good handle. Not junk.
