Looks great and very easy to use. Got it as a birthday gift for my aging uncle with weak hands and he has been full of praises for this product. He told me that at least 4 of his friends have ordered theirs after seeing him used his. He says it is always ready to use because it sits on the charger and the hidden foil cutter makes it very convenient.

Looks elegant and more expensive than it is. Feels solid, works great and is very easy to use. It has performed as advertised so far, pulling out the cork and then automatically spitting the cork out to you in seconds, without the touch of a button. It is actually kind of cool to watch the opener at work. This would make a great gift for any wine lover.

This wine opener has exceeded our expectations considering its price. It has been a big upgrade to a more expensive brand we are replacing in several ways: The Witanhurst opener looks great, feels more solid and removes the cork faster than the previous one. It comes with a built-in rechargeable battery so we no longer have to worry about replacing dead batteries. We also love the fact that the foil cutter stays with the wine opener making it hard to be misplaced, unlike on the old one where the foil cutter was separated and we lost it within the first few weeks. Finally the charging stand feature on this one makes it very convenient to recharge and store wine opener when not being used. Perfect for people who do not want to have to open their wine the old-fashioned way!

This is the MOST awesome opener EVER. It is so fun to see friends faces when I tip it upside down and the cork comes out! It is beautifully made and looks wonderful on my counter. The only small issue is that the foil cutter doesn’t fit on all bottles. I highly recommend this and it would make a wonderful gift!!!!!!!!!!

Bought this for a friend’s housewarming because they’re big wine drinkers and their theme is gold and black. They opened it and used it during the party lol

Only used it a few times, but works very well. Only gripe is they force you to turn it on and off to use, it should have just been as simple as taking it off the charger push on the bottle to uncork, flip over to dispose of cork and put back in charger. Will see how the battery holds up, but so far seems pretty solid.

The minor gripe is that the foil cutter is a joke at best. Order another foil cutter separately, with 4 cutting wheels. Now then. This opener has more mass (weight) than other brands. This seems to be due to better motors and/or batteries. It opens bottles effortlessly, without strain. It also doesn’t require holding down an “Open” button. It ejects the cork without fuss, and without holding down an “Eject” button. The Eject process is intriguing: just hold the unit horizontally (or up-side-down). In fact, there are NO pushbuttons.Having worn out two other brands of openers in 15 months, I am ready to try something new/improved. There seem to be very few other brands with charging stands. Really now, who wants to entertain, only to find the corkscrew totally discharged, and run around looking for an Android charging cable. I prefer to always keep my corkscrew on a charging stand, and there are very few such models available.UPDATE 4/2020: After 59 days of usage twice a day, the thing totally ran out of horsepower — goes in about 1/4″ and stops — Not worth the time or cardboard to ship it back — Into the rubbish it goes — Now to resume the quest for one that — Fair warning.

I don’t know if I should have read the description closer, but I was definitely disappointed when I opened the box. Overall the wine opener looks great & works great, and I love the magnetic foil opener on the top. However, the USB cable that comes with it for charging is maybe 2 feet long (MAYBE) and there’s no AC adapter for the cord, so I had to use my own adapter & buy a longer cord. NOT what I’d expect after spending $50.
